Marissa Galko is a journalist with interests in fashion, travel, food, and photography.

Recently graduated from Carleton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Humanities, Marissa is a skillful journalist with a knack for writing.

She has freelanced with publications such as Capital Current, The Charlatan, and Apartment613, and completed a two-week internship at the National Post Parliamentary Bureau where she published five articles.

She also worked as a Junior Communications Officer with the Competition Bureau Canada for about two years, making her skillful in media monitoring, social media, and project management.
